Rapid data dissemination is integral to the success of the AMP program. Many AMP projects have made large amounts of data and analytical tools available for further research through public portals.
AMP AD Knowledge Portal
The AMP AD Knowledge Portal provides access to Alzheimer’s disease data, analyses, and tools from AMP AD 1.0 and 2.0
The Agora platform provides information on the association of various genes with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as over 600 nascent drug targets for AD
The AMP HF Knowledge Portal will provide access to existing and new data, analytical tools, and other resources for the study of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
AMP PD Knowledge Portal
The AMP PD Knowledge Portal and Platform provides harmonized multi-omic data from thousands of PD study participants and healthy controls
National Library of Medicine's Database of Genotypes and Phenotypes
