Sayer Vision Research Lecture & Award

The Sayer Vision Research Lecture and Award funds an annual presentation delivered by an investigator conducting outstanding research in the area of vision research or related fields. It also provides a grant to support the research of a promising independent investigator in the early stage of his or her career in the Division of Intramural Research whose work is closely related to aspects of vision research.

Lurie Prize in Biomedical Sciences

In 2020, the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) will present the eighth annual Lurie Prize in Biomedical Sciences, a $100,000 award recognizing outstanding achievement by a promising young scientist in biomedical research.

FNIH Award Ceremony

The 2020 FNIH Award Ceremony has been postponed, which was originally scheduled for May 20, 2020. Clayton-Dedonder Mentorship Fellows Program is designed to enhance the teaching and leadership skills of entry- to mid-level faculty at universities and research institutions in low- and middle-income countries at select training sites funded by the NIH Fogarty International Center.

Roth Fellowship for CAEBV-HV Research

The Roth Fellowship for CAEBV-HV Research was established to support a fellowship in the lab of Jeffrey I. Cohen, M.D., Chief of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases and Chief of the Medical Virology Section at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
